Briefing Coordinator

What you’ll achieve
As a Briefing Coordinator for the Executive Briefing Program, you will be at the epicenter of next-generation customer engagements. You will be responsible for the execution of all in-person, hybrid and remote briefings, meetings and events held at the Executive Briefing Center (EBC), in Field locations and virtually. The Briefing Coordinator partners with our Global Sales Organization to help to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
You will:

Plan and execute all Briefings, Meetings, and Events taking place on-site at the Executive Briefing Center, including the execution of off-site Briefings at field locations, customer sites and those conducted virtually or in a hybrid environment.

Serve as the main point of contact for Sales teams, Customers and Partners for any “day-of” needs or changes to meetings in progress

Coordinate logistics for customers, including ground transportation, dinners, sporting events and any other entertainment

Maintain and grow relationships with vendors and other stakeholders to continually enhance the customer experience (i.e., Catering, AV/IT, local hotels, restaurants and transportation companies)

EsEssential Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / working equivalent and 2+ years’ experience in a similar role or in marketing

Experience in client service, hospitality, meeting/events or a related field with professional presence and demeanor

Capacity to be flexible, adaptable and aptitude to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com

Experience with AV technology & troubleshooting
