What you’ll achieve
We are seeking an Agentic AI Architect (Technical Staff) to help shape the future of our intelligent systems. This role is designed for a versatile engineer who thrives in the "grey area" between raw data and finished AI products. You will be responsible for driving the architectural vision of our AI initiatives while ensuring the underlying data foundation is robust, secure, and high-quality.

You will:

Lead initiatives, shape organizational strategy, and solve complex cross-functional problems within our Client Solutions Group (CSG)

Architect Agentic AI solutions and AI-Ready data foundations enabling agent reasoning, memory, retrieval, planning, and tool-use across complex systems

Design governed data models, vector stores, and metadata layers optimized for LLM context, feedback loops, and inference-time enrichment

Essential Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in system design and software engineering or equivalent skill; must include experience designing Agentic AI solutions and AI-ready technology foundations
- Proven expertise designing application and data architectures that support agent memory, planning, and tool-augmented reasoning
- Strong system design, software development, and programming experience with .NET and modern cloud technologies
- Demonstrated ability to partner with AI engineers, platform teams, and product leaders to standardize and scale AI-ready data foundations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving processes
Desired:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $224,000 - $308,000.
