Account Executive 3, Consumer Retail
From developing new retail partnerships to driving growth across existing strategic accounts, our Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. Focused on some of the UK's leading retailers, including major consumer electronics and omnichannel partners, they play a critical role in strengthening Dell's presence where customers make their buying decisions. Their goal is to build trusted relationships, execute joint growth plans, and deliver meaningful sales growth across both Consumer and Commercial channels. They are the direct link between Dell's industry-leading portfolio of AI-enabled technology solutions and the retailers and customers who rely on them.
What you'll achieve:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing and expanding Dell's retail business within a defined territory, managing key partner relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth. Working closely with customers and retailers, you will drive strategic account plans, optimize product placement and assortment. Success in this role requires a self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach, strong account management skills, and a passion for building long-term partnerships that deliver mutual growth.

You will:
- Prospect via outbound/email/social and qualify leads against ICP.
- Run discovery, demos, proposals, and pricing; manage objections to advance deals.
- Collaborate with technical specialists on solution fit and value outcomes.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience for with a focus into consumer retail
- Demonstrated quota-carrying success in field sales.
- Knowledge of consultative selling and opportunity qualification (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in CRM usage.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Sales training or certifications in discovery and negotiation.
